Republic Bank Angel Harps to Launch Christmas CD

Nov 27th 2008 -- The Carenage Plaza will come alive with sweet pan music on Saturday 6th December when the Republic Bank Angel Harps launch their latest CD recording "A Christmas Journey in Steel".

"A Christmas Journey in Steel" was recorded Live in Concert in December 2005 at the Bell Hall, St. George's University and contains 11 popular Christmas songs plus a bonus track of classical music. The CD features a number of tracks arranged by Mr. James Clarkson plus a number of other arrangers from the Harps.

Angel Harps will also be offering a SPECIAL BARGAIN on the sale of CDs at the event. The CD will be sold at a discounted price of EC$30.00 for one CD and at EC$50.00 for two CDs. This special CD price will only be available at the event and will not be available at other retail outlets.

The launch of the CD and the live performance by Republic Bank Angel Harps will be the highlight in the third of a series of fund raising events. The Angel Harps "Happy Hour" will begin at 4.00 pm in the afternnon and bar prices for Carib and Stag beers will be at another bargain of 3 for EC$10.00. Proceeds of the event will go towards the Angel Harps Pan House fund.
