EXODUS first to register.
Trinidad's 2000 Panorama Champions, Exodus, was the first band to register for the first ever Caribbean Panorama Championships, the finals of which will be held at the National Stadium in Grenada on December 1st, 2001.
The Steel Orchestra, from Eastern Main Road, Tunapuna in north Trinidad will be attempting to take the first ever Caribbean Panorama title with a full compliment of 60 players as allowed by the Rules of the Competition. They will play Alvin Daniel's/Pelham Goddard's "A Happy Song" for the Panorama Title and will do Enrique Iglesias' "Bailamos" for the Bomb Tune Competition. Both songs are arranged by Pelham Goddard who has a very successful relationship with Exodus, helping them to many titles and outstanding performances over the years.
Manager of Band, Ainsworth Mohammed says that Exodus is very excited about participation in this inaugural Caribbean Panorama Championship. This is a great opportunity to test our skills against regional bands and to interact with other Caribbean Pannists.
